How we publish
Editorial Policy
Property content is useful only when readers can tell the difference between verified facts, practical guidance and marketing claims.
Updated 7 September 2026 · Editorial review recommended whenever project facts or regulations change.
Source discipline
Project-specific facts such as RERA number, official location, inventory statements and advertised starting price should be taken from official project or regulatory sources and rechecked when a page is materially updated.
Buyer-first writing
Our locality and buying guides focus on practical considerations such as road approach, parking, sunlight, water, drainage, maintenance and legal due diligence. We avoid pretending that one neighbourhood or configuration fits every buyer.
Commercial disclosure
If an enquiry link, lead-generation arrangement or other commercial relationship exists for a featured project, that relationship should be disclosed on the relevant page. Editorial descriptions should not be presented as independent ratings when they are not.
